Today is the First Day of Spring. Spring is one of my favorite seasons of the year. I wrote a poem about Spring in 2016. It is called "Spring Is Here Again". I hope you enjoy it.

My last blog "My CRPS Painiversary" I explained what CRPS was and how I got it. To recap, CRPS is a chronic neurological pain disease that is characterized by severe, relentless pain. It has been around since the Civil War. You can get CRPS at any age, anytime, and anywhere in your body. CRPS is also known by another name Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). Below is a poem I wrote about CRPS on November 2010. It is called CRPS Doesn't Own Me.
