My last blog "My CRPS Painiversary" I explained what CRPS was and how I got it. To recap, CRPS is a chronic neurological pain disease that is characterized by severe, relentless pain. It has been around since the Civil War. You can get CRPS at any age, anytime, and anywhere in your body. CRPS is also known by another name Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). Below is a poem I wrote about CRPS on November 2010. It is called CRPS Doesn't Own Me.

Today's blog is in honor of CRPS Month and my CRPS Painiversary that is next week. In the next few paragraphs, I will be telling you how I got this nerve disease and what CRPS is.
