Today is the First Day of Spring. Spring is one of my favorite seasons of the year. I wrote a poem about Spring in 2016. It is called "Spring Is Here Again". I hope you enjoy it.
The word Christian means “a follower of Christ.” Being a Christian is more than just being a good person and going to church every Sunday. It does mean believing that Jesus is the Son of God and that he died on the cross for our sins, but it is so much more.
I believe the true meaning of Christmas is to remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus. This special season is all about him. I truly believe we should focus more on Jesus during Christmas time. Here is the beautiful story of Jesus' birth through scriptures.

My last blog "My CRPS Painiversary" I explained what CRPS was and how I got it. To recap, CRPS is a chronic neurological pain disease that is characterized by severe, relentless pain. It has been around since the Civil War. You can get CRPS at any age, anytime, and anywhere in your body. CRPS is also known by another name Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). Today's blog is in honor of CRPS Month and my CRPS Painiversary that is next week. In the next few paragraphs, I will be telling you how I got this nerve disease and what CRPS is.
One of my favorite books in the Bible is the Psalms. I believe it contains some of the most beautiful poetry ever written. Reading the Psalms brings me closer to God. It is so refreshing, encouraging, and uplifting to read. Any time when I am feeling down, I always turn to the Psalms for comfort.
